This has many advantages over conventional equipment, which needs cleaning at least once a week.  Frozen ice cream can be turned into

perfect soft-serve by using the extrusion technique. Today that has now been developed into a system that ensures total product integrity

with the added benefits of perfect portion and, ultimately, cost control.  The key to the system is the single portion container because it

does all the hard work allowing the dispenser to be very simple.  The ice cream is then deep frozen and stored until required.

When you have made your ice cream flavour choice from the tempering freezer, the protective pull-off tab is removed from the bottom

of the container exposing the extrusion hole and the container inserted into the dispenser’s holder tray.  Choose either ice cream cones

or cups to be put onto the auto twisting adaptor.  Press a button for the ice cream to be forced through the extrusion hole in the base

and onto the chosen cones or cups to be automatically twisted out.  The extrusion hole has other benefits too – all manner of frozen

product can be served from ice cream to sorbet and can include particulates such as chocolate chips, nuts and fruit with no cross contamination

with other flavours.  The Landmark system is capable of dispensing a wide range of exciting ice cream flavours.  The Landmark equipment has
